Hello!

My name is Nora Melgar.

I am a learning professional with over seven years of instructional design experience. 

As an instructional design consultant, I am able:

• Define multi-tiered learning objectives

• Design both synchronous and asynchronous coursework

• Develop instructional interactions and simulations

• Design and implement testing programs in learning management system

• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the stakeholders in order to create effective course content 

I reside in Los Angeles, California. I earned my B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in Data Analysis and MEd in Learning Design and Technology at the University of Southern California. 

It is my goal as an instructional design consultant to use my interdisciplinary skills to support organizations and projects that drive key diversity initiatives.
